Overview

In the morning, our English-speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you on a wonderful adventure around the stunning Piedmont countryside and the Barolo-producing area.

Most of the vineyards here are still small, run by the same families for generations, happy to share their passion for their land and their wine with visitors.

During the day you will visit 2 or 3 different producers (depending on your starting point) and taste a lot of very good wine. Along the way you will learn about wine production here, the environment and the long aging process, to make the intense wine that has long been favored by the Italian elite.

The Barolo area is made up of 2 valleys, where different soils and sun exposure greatly affect the Nebbiolo grapes and the final result of the wine, as you will see throughout the day - to the west the wines are generally softer and fruity, while on the east they have a more intense flavor.

At the end of the day, the driver will take you safely back to your hotel.

The wine tastings and lunch are not included and are to be paid for on the day.
