Overview
Millions of travelers each year (prior to the pandemic) were traveling to Lazio, in many instances without even knowing it, since Rome is the capital city of Lazio and one of the most visited cities in the world. Yet, many visitors never stop to visit this incredible region of Italy or learn why the Romans were very strategic in positioning Rome where they did, at the foot of beautiful hills and 30 Km from a pristine coastline, which far too many visitors to Italy, never get a chance to experience.
Since many of our team members are located in Rome, we do what the Romans do on weekends and head to the beautiful Roman Castles, incredible coastal towns like Santa Marinella, Santa Severa and even the island of Ponza! Not to mention, during the week for a nice stroll outside of the city, there are beautiful lakes and spectacular towns like Anguillara, Trevignano Romano and Bracciano which surround the beautiful lakes of Bracciano and Nepi.
There is truly so much beauty to enjoy surrounding Rome in Lazio from the seaside into the spectacular mountains, you could endlessly explore.
