Overview

Experience a unique truffle hunting experience in the Marche region of Italy.

This half-day tour starts out in the woods with the truffle-hunting experts and their dogs. After a brief introduction to the mysterious truffle, you will follow the dogs in search of this precious ingredient. This first part of the day usually takes about 2 hours, depending on weather conditions which will greatly influence the success of the hunt. We recommend wearing closed shoes and trousers, whatever time of year you are truffle-hunting.

Next, you head for the kitchens where you will learn to make traditional Italian dishes using truffles. The menu will be seasonal, using local ingredients and might include homemade pasta or gnocchi (potato dumplings), typical starters like bruschetta and main courses, with meat and vegetarian options.

The experience ends in the dining room, where you will sit down with your fellow chefs and a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful meal you have prepared.
