When visiting Urbino, don't miss a stop to the 15th-century Ducal Palace - 'Palazzo Ducale', which has turned into the National Gallery of the region.

It is also possible to visit Raphael’s home, where you can witness even more more paintings, including ones by the artist’s father. Next to the neoclassical cathedral is the Museo Diocesano Albani, with religious artifacts dating back to the 13th century.

There are wonderful leisure activities nearby Urbino, including swimming in the coastal resort towns only 15 minutes away, hang-gliding, wine-tastings, truffle hunting, cooking and fine dining!
