Caloroso Villa is an old historic residence that dates back to the 1700s and consists of three distinct buildings: the manor house, the annex and the “Rustico†or cottage, which is an independent structure situated near the swimming pool. The property is located in the heart of Le Marche, a splendid region of Central Italy that overlooks the Adriatic.
The villa and its annexes have recently been meticulously renovated, thus restoring the property to its ancient splendour and making it the ideal place for unforgettable holidays characterized by relaxation and tranquillity.
The interiors are comfortable, welcoming and tastefully furnished. All the bedrooms have satellite TV and many of them can be converted from double to twin bedrooms with separate beds.
Outside, the complex is surrounded by a beautiful park. Just a short distance away from the villa, around 60 meters, there is a beautiful 7x12 meter swimming pool with spacious solarium. There is a small church adjacent to the villa.
Due to its size and accommodation capacity, this complex is particularly suitable for holding events of every kind, and weddings.
There are many seaside resorts just a 40/50 minute drive away such as, for example, Civitanova Marche, Porto Recanati, or the splendid little towns of Numana and Sirolo, overlooking the sea on the slopes of Mount Conero, a very attractive destination for nature lovers from where it is possible to walk to some beautiful little beaches and bays set amidst the rocks.
The Terme di Tolentino are just 15 minutes away and the airport of Ancona Falconara is around 1 hour away . 4 km from the property is San Severino Marche which has all kinds of stores.
Only small dogs are allowed in the house. For medium/large dogs, an enclosure is available, divided into three separate areas. There is air conditioning in the Villa and the Rustico. Wi-Fi internet connection.
The swimming pool is only provided for the exclusive use of the guests in the event that all three units are booked jointly, in the case of separate bookings, the swimming pool is shared.
