For many years Villa Giulia was the summer residence of Luciano Pavarotti, the last of the great Italian opera singers to conquer the world.
The Overview
For many years Villa Giulia was the summer residence of Luciano Pavarotti, the last of the great Italian opera singers to conquer the world. This is the place where the maestro studied the operas he was going to record and received many illustrious guests.
The family has decided to make it possible for anyone who wishes to experience the emotions that still fill this villa to spend a holiday here.
Villa Giulia is situated on a hill that slopes gently down to the beach and sea, set within a 12 hectare fenced park which also has a tennis court and a nature walk for relaxing strolls.
The property consists of two buildings, the villa and an annex located alongside the main house which has five bedrooms, a music room with the piano the maestro used to use, and a fully equipped gym. The arcade around the villa is provided with outdoor lounge furniture and tables for eating “al fresco”. The private swimming pool is located in the garden at the front. In the summer, the outdoor areas, all of which offer beautiful views of the sea, become the heart and soul of the residence, so that everyone can participate in the social life of the villa.
It is possible to walk to the beach from the entrance drive. This is a public beach with organized bathing establishments. The characteristic historical center of Pesaro is around 2 Km away.
The villa has air conditioning and central heating in every room, wireless internet connection, a laundry room with washing machines and a tumble dryer. Outside there is a bowling green, ping pong table and table football game. This property is suitable for families, particularly those with young children.
The caretaker couple live in their own independent apartment. They are responsible for organizing the housekeeping duties and are available to cook for you and provide any assistance you may need during your stay.
GROUND FLOOR: living room with dining area, fully functional fireplace, TV and piano; kitchen with dishwasher – oven – American style two-door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser – microwave – various kitchen utensils; 1 second bathroom with washbasin and WC.
FIRST FLOOR (accessed via an internal staircase or lift/elevator): 1 double bedroom suite (queen-sized bed) with study and bathroom with shower, sea view; 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower; 1 bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom with third bed, bathroom with bathtub and sea view.
(Annex situated at the side of the villa, all the rooms can be accessed from the outside)
1 large double bedroom with queen-sized bed and third bed, walk-in closet room and bathroom with bathtub and shower; 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower (this communicates with the previous room but can still be accessed from the outside); 1 bedroom with three large single beds and bathroom with shower; music room with piano, DVD player and stereo system, attached to a well-equipped gym and bathroom with shower; 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and shower.
All the rooms in both the villa and annex have en suite bathrooms.
