Overview
Trevignano Romano is one of the most beautiful towns on Lake Bracciano, located 45 minutes north of Rome. It's a popular destination for Romans who come on the weekends to enjoy the spectacular scenery and lake-side cafes as well as lovely lake side-walk.
The town is home to approximately 5000 inhabitants for most of the year, though during the summer usually increases to around 15,000 inhabitants, many Romans who have lakeside properties and generally prefer to stay outside of the city center.
This is a great town to come and explore anytime of year and enjoy an Italian Apperativo lake side with spectacular views towards Bracciano and Anguillara to the south.
As the old expression goes 'When in Rome.... do as the Romans do!' Believe us, when we say, the Romans love Trevignano Romano!
