Comprising three distinct houses, our estate offers flexibility to cater to your group's needs. Depending on the number of guests, you have the option to rent one or more of these charming residences. Inside these elegant houses, each boasting multiple rooms, cozy living spaces, and generously proportioned dining rooms, you'll instantly feel a sense of belonging. The spacious 100 square-meter living room stands as the perfect retreat to unwind with friends, savoring a fine bottle of wine produced just steps away. During the day, the inviting poolside area provides an idyllic setting for a delightful lunch, all while indulging in the breathtaking vistas of the Castelli Romani region.

PROPERTY LAYOUT

The main house features a grand living room, a cozy secondary living area, a spacious dining room, a well-appointed kitchen, five double/twin bedrooms, one single bedroom, four bathrooms with toilet facilities, an additional restroom, a convenient laundry area, and a charming mezzanine with a twin bed, accommodating a total of 13 guests.

The second house offers a welcoming living room, a delightful dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four double/twin bedrooms, and three bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests.

Finally, the third house, boasts a cozy living room, an inviting dining space, a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a double sofa bed in the living room, offering a total capacity of 6 guests.

As our valued guests, you will have exclusive access to the private swimming pool, where you can enjoy leisurely lunches and dinners poolside.

We offer additional services to enhance your stay, including grocery shopping for traditional Italian delicacies produced just moments away, such as local cheeses, wines, oils, meats, and other specialties. Upon request, we can arrange for a skilled cook and a dedicated housekeeper to further elevate your experience. Transportation to and from the airport or city center can be arranged at your convenience, and we can even coordinate visits to museums and various attractions in Rome.

For golf enthusiasts, the house is situated on a golf course, and tee times can be arranged upon request.
