This beautiful holiday home in the Val d’Orcia, surrounded by gently rolling hills, is near Castiglione d’Orcia, just a few kilometres from the famous spa waters at Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo. Surrounded by peace and quiet this lovely farmhouse is on two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 21 people. On the ground floor there is a large hall (60 sqm) with fireplace, reading corner and a kitchen/eating area, three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms fitted out with showers, a large living room (30 sqm) with fireplace and another double bedroom plus a single bed with en-suite bathroom and living room with fireplace with access for the disabled. On the first floor there is a double bedroom plus a single bed with en-suite bathroom and living room with fireplace and a double divan bed, two double bedrooms with a bathroom and another double bedroom with a single bed, en-suite bathroom and living room with fireplace. Outside one can relax and read in the large garden, fully equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, table tennis, table football and a wonderful panoramic swimming pool (7,50x15 mt) overlooking the fields of the farm estate. The owners, in fact, run an organic farm and grow cereals as well as producing an excellent olive-oil. In this villa with pool near Castiglione d’Orcia all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in total privacy at a short distance from many tourist attractions such as the beautiful hill towns of Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino, as well as savour traditional Tuscan dishes in the family-run restaurants nearby and taste some of the excellent wines this wonderful land produces. At an hour’s drive one can also find the beaches of Grosseto and the lakes of Bolsena and Trasimeno. Internet Wi-Fi connection available
