Immersed in a picturesque valley dotted with vineyards and olive groves, Villa Buccelletti enjoys a spectacular position overlooking the entire valley, just 15 minutes away from the gorgeous hill-top town of Cortona, where numerous films (including Under the Tuscan Sun with Francis Mayes and Life is Beautiful) have inspired the world with their beauty.  

This villa is a great one those who want to experience the best of south-eastern Tuscany and Umbria. The panoramic position offers spectacular views over the countryside towards Castiglion Fiorentino, which like Cortona, dates back to the the ancient Etruscans.

This impressive stone farmhouse built in the mid 1700’s on the ruins of an old military outpost at the foot of Castel d'Ernia, an ancient castle of a noble Tuscan family dating back to 1100. The villa was restored in 1996, the exterior facade was maintained and the inside was converted into two independent apartments. The beautiful swimming pool is 10 x 5 meters and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants.

Villa Buccelletti can be rented as a villa with private swimming pool for a large family or group as it offers common spaces that can accommodate up to 8 people or as a single unit of 2 bedroom, 2 baths.

The property is equipped with TV, laundry areas, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
