The property consists of 2 independent holiday villas, recently restored. One of the self-catering villas is on 2 floors and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Elegantly furnished with 19th-century furniture, this holiday home, however, does not neglect modern comforts. The second villa is on 1 floor only and accommodates up to 7 people. The holiday villas are surrounded by a private garden and share a large courtyard, ideal for children, as well as a tiny outbuilding with fireplace and barbecue. Access to the property via electric gates; private car park. These villas for rent in Siena are a perfect starting point for tours of the art centres of Siena, Florence, Pisa as well as the magnificent villages that stud Tuscany such as Monteriggioni, Castellina in Chianti, Colle Val d’Elsa, Gaiole, Radda in Chianti and Greve in Chianti.

This lovely holiday Villa has recently been renovated and is furnished with antique furniture. The house is on two floors, is 220 sqm, and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor there is small living room, a beautiful, large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, of which one with a four-poster bed, a bedroom with twin beds and two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. Garden and courtyard offer outdoor furniture and barbecue for peaceful holidays and alfresco dining.
