The Overview

Villa Mafalda is situated in a village occupying a strategic position on the hills of the Sorrento peninsula, dominated on one side by the Gulf of Naples and on the other by the Gulf of Salerno. The property is perfect for large family groups due to the composition of the indoor areas which offer complete independence, as well as the size of the garden, 8000 sq. m, where the owner has maintained intact and enhanced the natural layout of the terrain, scattered with unusually-shaped white rocks which sometimes form natural sculptures, alternated with stretches of meadow which set them off, all surrounded by beautiful sea views.

Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of a large 8 x 17 m swimming-pool set in a panoramic position amidst these natural terraces and commanding a spectacular view over the coast and the sublime peace of the countryside. The villa, which has recently been renovated, consists of a central nucleus and 3 independent suites accessed from the external ground floor portico.

It has all mod cons such as air-conditioning and safe deposit-boxes in the bedrooms; satellite TV; stereo with CD player; PC with wireless internet connection; microwave oven; corner bar with fridge and a small wine-cellar. The furnishings are modern and of very good taste. All of the bedrooms have safe. The nearest beach is 8 km away in the village of Nerano, Sorrento is 10 km away, Positano 20 and Pompeii 35.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower, 1 double bedroom and 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, access to private terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower and access to private terrace.
