Accessible via a private car park with three ramps of stairs (about 50 steps), Villa Capodimonte seamlessly blends luxury with convenience.

Ground Floor:
  • Step into a spacious living room adorned with windows that frame the enchanting views of Positano and its gulf. This floor also includes a double bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the panoramic terrace, another double bedroom, and an additional bathroom with a shower.

1st Floor Below:
  • A large dining room with a fireplace sets the perfect ambiance for meals, complemented by a well-equipped kitchen featuring a wood-burning pizza oven. The dining area opens onto a panoramic terrace ideal for outdoor dining. This floor also houses a WC with a washbasin and three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of these bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace.
