The Overview

This villa, a recent, elegant construction in the classic style, stands sheer over the sea on a tract of coast of the Sorrento peninsula that looks out onto the islands of Li Galli and the gulf of Positano. Villa Venancio is in an extremely tranquil spot surrounded by a fenced garden which leads to a terrace facing the sea. It lies on two floors and is characterized by panoramic terraces, on one of which there is a 4 x 11 m swimming-pool. Architecturally speaking, the interiors are very elegant with staircases of white marble and spacious halls; the fine furnishings also include antiques. With all its accessories, telephone, central heating, dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave oven, satellite TV, and air-conditioning in the bedrooms, Villa Venancio is a residence of considerable prestige. The property is located about 7 km from Sorrento, 7 km from Positano and 30 km from Castellammare, in the village of Colli di S. Pietro, along the panoramic road which leads to Positano and continues on for the entire Amalfi coast. It is easy to reach all the most important centers or organize exciting excursions to the island of Capri.

GROUND FLOOR: entrance with staircase in marble which leads to the first floor, living-room with fireplace, dining-room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, terrace.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with tub; 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower; 1 double bedroom which you reach from the terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower; large terrace with swimming-pool, sun-bathing area and box-shower. All of the bedrooms have access to the panoramic terrace with sea-view.
