Upon your arrival at Rome's Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our dedicated assistant, who will be waiting inside the terminal holding a signboard with your group's name. After a meet and greet, you will be escorted to a private minibus for a comfortable transfer to the enchanting town of Orvieto, a medieval gem renowned for its majestic cathedral and exquisite white wine.
Your first Italian experience begins with a light lunch and wine tasting at the esteemed "Il Palazzone" winery. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about the unique methods used to cultivate the native grape varieties of this region.
Following your wine experience, you will continue to the historic town of Gubbio, where you will check in at the luxurious Hotel I Cappuccini. Take some time to explore the charming streets of Gubbio at your leisure before gathering for a welcome dinner. Indulge in the finest Umbrian cuisine, paired with local wines, at one of our carefully selected restaurants. This evening marks your first overnight stay in Italy, setting the tone for an unforgettable journey.

Where we Visit : Gubbio, Spello, Assisi
Begin your day with a delightful buffet breakfast before meeting our official tour guide at 9 AM. The morning will be dedicated to exploring the enchanting town of Assisi, where you will visit the most significant landmarks, including Saint Francis's Crypt, the Basilica of Saint Mary of the Angels, and the Sanctuary of Saints Cosmas and Damian.
Afterward, we will journey to the charming town of Spello, where you will indulge in a unique culinary experience featuring traditional salami, cheeses, and local wines. This tasting will be a part of a light lunch that allows you to fully appreciate the authentic flavors and rustic beauty of the region.

Start your day with a delightful buffet breakfast before meeting our official tour guide at 9:30 AM. Today’s excursion will take you to the breathtaking Lake Trasimeno, one of the largest lakes in Italy. Our first stop will be in the charming town of Castiglion del Lago, where you'll have the opportunity to explore its historic castle and enjoy some free time to sample local food and wine, renowned throughout Umbria.
After soaking in the beauty and ambiance of Castiglion del Lago, we will head to the prestigious "Il Falconiere," located on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. This exquisite resort and winery, owned by the Baracchi family, is not only famous for its high-quality wines but also for its exceptional cooking classes. Here, you'll spend an unforgettable afternoon learning to cook traditional Tuscan dishes and indulging in a wine tasting that showcases the best of the region’s produce.
Following this memorable experience, we will return to Gubbio, where you'll have a free evening to relax. A table will be reserved for your group at a pre-arranged restaurant, allowing you to enjoy another delicious dinner at your leisure. Overnight accommodations will be in Gubbio.

Where we Visit : Republic of San Marino, Ravenna, Bologna
Start your day with a buffet breakfast and check out of your hotel by 9 AM. Today, you'll embark on a journey to the Republic of San Marino, a small independent nation surrounded by Italy, just beyond the borders of Umbria and facing the Adriatic Sea. San Marino is famous for its historic Three Towers: Rocca Guaita, Rocca Cesta (also known as Fratta), and Montale. These towers, perched atop Mount Titano, offer breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the city's two main castles—the City Castle and the Major Village Castle. You will also have some free time for shopping, where you can take advantage of tax-free purchases, making your souvenirs and gifts even more special.
As you continue your journey towards Bologna, you'll make a stop in the historic city of Ravenna, renowned for its stunning mosaics and rich history. Here, you'll enjoy lunch at one of our recommended restaurants. Please note that lunch will be at your own expense, paid directly to the restaurant.
After lunch, you'll proceed to Bologna, where you'll check in at the charming Hotel Porta San Mamolo, located in the heart of the city. The evening is yours to spend at leisure. A table will be reserved for you at 7 PM at a highly recommended traditional restaurant, where you can savor more local specialties (dinner at your own expense). You’ll then return to your accommodation for an overnight stay in Bologna.

Your first visit will be to the house-museum of the legendary Italian tenor, Luciano Pavarotti. Here, you'll delve into his life, admire his illustrious career, and gain insights into the world of opera.
Next, you’ll visit a traditional Balsamic vinegar factory, where you’ll learn about the intricate production process and have the opportunity to taste balsamic vinegars of various ages, each matured in different types of barrels.
Following the tour, enjoy a light lunch featuring traditional "Tortelli," a half-moon-shaped pasta served with rich ragù sauce.
