The property is conveniently accessible from the highway and is located just 5 km from the spa town of Terme Acquasanta. Ascoli Piceno, Offida and the nature trails of Mt. Cesarea are also nearby.

The towers date back to the year 1,000 and were wisely restored in 2006 to create an angle of exceptional harmony. The interior features a well-kept selection of pastel curtains and expertly handcrafted wooden furniture. An intimate and panoramic candle-lit terrace is ideal for evening relaxation. The property has a total of 24 beds with different entrances.

The double rooms are named The Cow, The Flying Sheep, and The Templars, and all feature marble bathrooms. The property also has triple places and apartments, including The Sun (4 beds + cot) which is suitable for families with two or three children as well as couples. It has a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a travertine bathroom. LA Duck (5 beds + cot) features a kitchen with fireplace on the ground floor and two bedrooms with views over the village and the valley. The Mill (4 beds + cot) has two levels, a waterfall overlooking, and a kitchen with fireplace.

The property offers a variety of activities, including a weekly tour of the mill dating back to the eighteenth century and a countryside picnic listening to the waterfall's sweet music. A directed tour of the Ascoli region is also available. For qualified trainers, individual massage and fitness courses are arranged outdoors.

The property features organic products, including fruits, jams, truffles, and beef, which can give you romantic and unforgettable moments.
