The Overview
The villa is located nearby the village of Rovolon, within the park of the Euganean Hills, an oasis characterized by a rich vegetation, with its rows of vineyards and its historical villas built by the Venetians during their hegemony throughout the region.
The villa is just 20 Km from Padua, defined as " the capital of the fourteenth century painting”, for its pictorial evidence, and among all, the cycle of Giotto in the Scrovegni Chapel; and about 40 Km from Vicenza , known as the "city of Palladio " – who designed there many architectures in the late Renaissance, turning it into an art place among the most important well beyond the region of Veneto.
La Quadrata is set in a four acres park, with a swimming pool of 8x16 m, equipped with dressing room , music centre and a shaded area with refrigerator, tables and chairs.
The garden offers two picnic areas with tables and chairs, one on the north, the other on the south side of the park, where stand rose gardens, organic orchards.
The villa is equipped with central heating, room air conditioning, large screen, Sky TV in the living room, stereo system, Wi-Fi connection, DVD player, cot and high chair for children up to three years, high quality furnishings and fully fitted kitchen.
The groundskeeper lives within the property. While the pool is situated close to a road, and you can hear the noise of cars, the rest of the property is well away from the road.
Abano Terme, with its many spas, is only 13 Km, the Montecchia and Frassanelle Golf Clubs are very close and easy to reach, and Venice is at a distance of 62 Km.
