One of the most romantic and tragic love stories that has stood the test of time is set in Verona and Verona is so beautiful that everybody falls in love with it: the romantic medieval streets, the thousands of marvelous views and the music have always all aroused unforgettable emotions.
The Arena is the symbol of the city, situated in the stunning Piazza Bra it recalls ancient atmospheres and is the setting for enchanting operatic performances. Any walk around the center of Verona has to include a visit to Juliet’s house with its famous balcony, her tomb and Romeo’s house.
Every year millions of visitors have their photograph taken next to the statue of the much-loved Shakespearean heroine in the courtyard of her house.
The complex, which consists of the villa and the owners’ residence, situated next-door to each other, is located on a hill overlooking the city of Verona which offers beautiful panoramic views of the old historic center and is built alongside the old tuff caves, which today are pleasant grottoes.
The villa, which is 1 Km from the city, is accessed via a characteristic stone-paved road. The gate leads into a large garden that contains the two villas and the shared swimming pool. Each villa has its own outdoor areas which are also furnished for eating “al fresco” in complete privacy.
The villa is distributed over two floors and has air conditioning, WI-FI, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, espresso coffee pot, toaster and citrus press. Outside, guests can use a furnished area in front of the entrance and a cave which is also well provided with tables and chairs.
It is possible to walk down to the center of Verona nor use public transport.
GROUND FLOOR: large furnished entrance, 1 double bedroom with spacious bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with french bed (120 cm) with bathroom with small shower, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack.
FIRST FLOOR: living-room; kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and breakfast area; 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (communicating with the double bedroom)
SECOND FLOOR: suite with large lounge; 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub; 2 communicating single bedrooms; 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub and 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub communicating with the double bedroom
