Villa Delizioso is literally immersed in the vegetation: around the house, a stunning, well-kept garden with olive trees and vineyards, a private swimming pool, a large indoor patio where you can have your meals, and a protected gazebo with barbecue, overlooks a family-owned, 8-ha beautiful wood.
The farmhouse, built in the 1200s, rose up on one of the most fascinating, characteristic hills of Vicenza, and is just 18 Km from the city centre, and 4 Km from Castelgomberto village, where all the essential services and facilities can be found.
The landscape and the area surrounding have a very rich history, not forgetting that it only takes 20 mins to reach Vicenza, Andrea Palladio’s city, with its many works of art and museums, and that it is at little distance also from many other centres of considerable historical and artistic importance such as Venice, Verona, Padua, as well as natural landscapes such as the small Dolomites, Lake Garda or the lagoon.
The villa has two entrances, but inside the rooms are communicating; it is equipped with wifi connection, two fitted kitchens with dishwasher and microwave oven, TV sat. and washing machine.
GROUND FLOOR: (the house has two entrances but the two rooms inside are communicating) dining room with fireplace; 1 bathroom with shower; access to the large basement room; sitting room; separate, heat-in kitchen fitted with a dishwasher; 1 single bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom (access also from courtyard)
FIRST FLOOR: (access from the main entrance door) large kitchen with dining table and dishwasher; sitting room with TV; 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower room; sitting room; 1 double bedroom;
(access from the arcade): 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and hydromassage shower; 1 twin bedroom.
