Set in a picturesque part of Italy, the hotel is close to main cities of the north and nearby Switzerland. Discover the magical surroundings of Lake Orta, the lakeside villages, and the Prealpine valleys.

The San Rocco is a very special and friendly place: for nearly 150 years it was an enclosed convent until the end of the 1960s when it became the main part of hotel. The Baroque-style Villa Gippini was added to the original structure afterwards.

Soak-up the sun in the beautiful garden, take a dip in the swimming pool, or play a leisurely round of golf. During summer time, spend some time in the Wellness Roof Garden, set on the 4th panoramic floor; a reservation is required.

During your stay you can indulge in a treatment at the Body Harmony Center, which has been completely renovated. You can also spend time enjoying a game of billiards. For business events, the hotel features a conference centre, fully equipped with up-to-date technologies.

All rooms in the main building are furnished in an elegant minimalist style and combine a host of modern comforts with the warm ambiance of a former monastery. Most of them boast a lake view. Rooms in the distinguished annexe known as Villa Gippini are also available.

The elegant restaurant is ideal for romantic dinners or for business lunches, and boasts a host of regional and international cuisine. The breathtaking lake view and the impeccable quality of the service, make for an enjoyable meal.
