Villa Lumsdens is situated amidst the hills rising above the town of Bellagio, from where you can enjoy an exceptional view of all three branches of Lake Como and of the majestic Alps in the background. The villa is furnished with modern, high-quality furnishings and is cared for in its every detail. It is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, ADSL Internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, satellite TV, private swimming pool which can be heated on request, DVD player, stereo system throughout the villa, telephone. The bathrooms are equipped with hair-dryer, soap, bath soap and body cream. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge and freezer, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It is possible to book chef and baby-sitting service. The access road is narrow and large cars are not advised. The garden (450 m2) has various areas for relaxing and offers a beautiful view, the large terrace is equipped for outdoor dining. Bellagio is defined as the pearl of Lake Como. It is a charming town where there are many things to do, from sport activities and gastronomic ones to night-time entertainment for the youth. At the port there are always boats to the numerous characteristic towns located along the lake. In just 35 minutes you can drive to Lecco, 45 min. Como and in 90 minutes you can reach Milan and Lugano.
