Pescallo is a small fishing village which is just a short walk away from Bellagio, along a flight of steps. The small port hosts sailing boats and is used as a meeting place for yachting and lake sailing enthusiasts. It also offers the opportunity to enjoy kayaking or to experience the thrill of water-skiing.There are few places that are more romantic than Lake Como or more beautiful than Bellagio, with its high class, elegant and characteristic restaurants; ideal places from which to admire the enchanting scenery. The old Village , with its beautiful, ancient houses, is filled with mysterious alleyways and characteristic cobbled stairways that are lined with colorful stores selling top quality products.The villa is situated in a panoramic position which offers stunning views of the lake. It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, a gym area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, kettle, refrigerator and freezer, and parking for three cars.Outside, in the garden (approx. 1,200 sq. m.), is a private swimming pool (12 x 5 m), a spacious furnished gazebo (approx. 40 sq. m.),and a panoramic terrace with table and chairs for eating “al fresco"
