Villa Willows offers a spectacular panoramic view of Lake Como and more precisely of the Lecco branch of the lake. The large garden (3,200 m2) that surrounds the villa is full of plants and flowers broken up by tall-standing trees, in addition to numerous outdoor areas for relaxing, there is also a private swimming pool of 6x11 m with sun terrace and shower with a breathtaking view from all sides. The villa, which has been recently built, is furnished with a refined combination of ancient and modern pieces, which give it a practical and elegant aspect. It is equipped with heating, CD and DVD player, stereo system, barbecue, Internet connection WIFI, private parking. You can walk to the small village of Civenna, where you will find restaurants, cafés and grocery shops, whereas Bellagio, a larger town is only 6 km away. Bellagio is a charming and tasteful town, where people of all ages can relax and escape from the chaos of everyday life. It offers water sports, shopping, restaurants serving the local cuisine, night-time entrainment for the youth and a beautiful panorama to contemplate. Como is 35 km away, Lecco 25 and Milan 75. Smoking is not allowed in the villa, nor is it allowed to bring pets. It is possible to hire a chef, a babysitter and any other services that may make your holiday even more enjoyable.

FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms, one of which with private bathroom with shower and bathtub; 1 twin bedroom; 2 bathrooms with shower.
