A Farm-to-Table Experience Unlike Any Other Over-Looking Positano on the Amalfi Coast 
High above Positano, where the terraces fall toward the sea, there is a place few travelers ever experience and it’s here on the terraced hillsides carved into the cliffs, where gardens cascade toward the Mediterranean where some of the most extraordinary meals on the Amalfi Coast are quietly prepared. From this vantage point, Positano reveals itself in full, not as a postcard, but as something vast, vertical, and deeply alive. This is where your experience begins.
In the morning, we’ll collect you directly from your hotel or private villa in Positano and begin the ascent into the hills above the coast. The drive itself is part of the story—winding, dramatic, and unforgettable—until suddenly, the view opens, and everything below feels almost unreal.
By mid-morning, you’ll arrive at a working family farm, where life continues much as it has for generations.
Here, you’ll walk through terraced gardens suspended above the sea, gathering ingredients grown just steps from the kitchen. The landscape is vertical, raw, and beautiful—requiring a sense of curiosity and a willingness to move through it. This is not a staged experience, but a real one.
Following your time in the gardens, you’ll step into the kitchen, where your hands-on cooking experience begins.
Using what you’ve just gathered, alongside local wines, olive oils, and time-honored techniques, you’ll prepare a meal that reflects the land itself—simple, vibrant, and deeply rooted in place.
