The Overview

Located along the alluring Amalfi Coast - Dimora Vesuvio's position in the heart of Positano offers spectacular sea views and overlooks the town often named, the Pearl of the Amalfi.
Positano, originally a small fishing village, is now characterized with picturesque white, pink, red and orange houses, almost all with a small porch in front, some even with a spherical dome as the roof. The cove has an exclusive essence to it due to the closed surroundings and home to many film locations throughout the years.

The villa's strategic position, hugging the world famous Amalfi cliffs, is the best you'll find in the entire area and can be enjoyed during meals on the family sized panoramic terrace. Guests can either choose to prepare meals in the spacious cooking area or relax in complete comfort while a professional chef prepares delicious Italian family meals with local products. Each room dawns it own unique layout, all of which keep to the most elegant Italian Baroque style that has been the theme since way back in the 1700's. Recent renovations only added to the ancient splendor, meaning it will remain a prestigious holiday residence of the highest quality for many more years to come.

One of the most enchanting aspects of staying at the villa Dimora Vesuvio is the private spa. Take advantage of the exclusive Turkish bath, sauna and a beautiful indoor swimming pool (8 x 3m). The spa is connected to the outdoor terrace where you will find your very own whirlpool bathtub.

Although offering complete privacy, the villa is well positioned to all local boutique shops, restaurants and traditional trattoria's meaning only short walks are needed of an evening after a multi coursed Italian style meal.

Access via pedestrian street – GROUND FLOOR: access to the villa from the panoramic terrace which is furnished for eating “al fresco”, kitchen, living room with fireplace and television, both with access to the same terrace.

LOWER LEVEL: relaxation room with Turkish bath, sauna, showers, indoor swimming pool with whirlpool bathtub, massage area (1 massage couch), access to panoramic solarium-terrace with ornamental style whirlpool bathtub.

FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms (master bedrooms) each of which has an en suite bathroom with shower and access to the panoramic terrace.

MEZZANINE FLOOR: 1 small single bedroom; 1 bathroom with shower; access to garden at the back of the villa with gazebo and orchard.

SECOND FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms, each of which has an en suite bathroom with shower; one of the bedrooms has access to a small terrace.
