About Villa Senavista

Villa Senavista is a restored stone farmhouse situated less than 10 km from the historic centre of Siena, surrounded by the rolling countryside of Tuscany. Set among vineyards and olive groves, the property enjoys views towards Siena and provides a peaceful setting close to some of the region’s renowned medieval towns and landscapes.

The farmhouse extends across three levels and covers approximately 380 sq m. It accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, comprising three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with joinable beds. There are six bathrooms, all with showers, including three en-suite bathrooms.

The ground floor features a spacious living area with a sofa and dining table, a sitting room centred around a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. One double bedroom has direct outdoor access, while the second bedroom has joinable beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor includes another sitting room with a panoramic balcony, a large kitchen, two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and a twin bedroom with joinable beds. A laundry room is located in the basement.

Outside, Villa Senavista is surrounded by an approximately 2,000 sq m private park, mainly covered by lawn and bordered by mixed hedges. A furnished pergola beside the kitchen and swimming pool provides an outdoor dining area with tables and chairs.

The private swimming pool measures 5 x 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.20 metres. It is surrounded by a sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas and features submerged steps. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The property also provides private parking for six cars, air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines, washing machine, hairdryer, portable barbecue and baby facilities. The property is fenced and pets are permitted.

Villa Senavista offers access to Siena and the surrounding Tuscan countryside, with destinations including Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza and Florence listed within the surrounding area.
