Villa Esattezza is a spacious Mediterranean-style property set in a panoramic position above Marina del Cantone, near the picturesque village of Nerano on the Sorrento Peninsula. Ideally located between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast, the villa offers a peaceful coastal retreat within easy reach of some of southern Italy’s most beautiful towns, beaches and cultural attractions.
The beach at Marina del Cantone is approximately one kilometre from the villa and can be reached on foot. This enchanting bay is renowned for its clear waters, beautiful seabed and fascinating underwater caves, making it a wonderful destination for swimming, snorkeling and diving. Along the shoreline, guests will find beach clubs and a variety of restaurants serving freshly caught seafood, traditional regional recipes and locally sourced products.
The surrounding landscape is equally attractive to those who enjoy walking and outdoor activities. Scenic hiking and trekking routes lead through the hills of the Sorrento Peninsula, offering memorable views of the coastline and the Mediterranean countryside.
The Villa
Villa Esattezza extends over approximately 800 square metres and can accommodate up to 22 guests. The property has ten double bedrooms and ten en-suite bathrooms, providing generous and comfortable accommodation for large families or groups of friends.
The villa is surrounded by spacious terraces designed for relaxing, dining outdoors and enjoying the panoramic sea views. Several bedrooms open directly onto these terraces, allowing guests to admire the coastal scenery from the privacy of their rooms.
The outdoor areas are centred around a private swimming pool measuring 11 by 3 metres. Beside the pool is a heated whirlpool tub measuring 2 by 2 metres, complete with music, lighting and additional functions. Guests also have access to a garden kitchen equipped with a traditional pizza oven and barbecue, creating an ideal setting for preparing and enjoying meals in the open air.
Inside, the villa combines traditional Mediterranean character with modern comfort. It features spacious living and dining areas, a professional kitchen, a wet bar, a television room and air conditioning throughout. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available across the property.
Villa Layout
On the ground floor, guests will find a welcoming living room and a study with direct access to a large panoramic terrace furnished for outdoor dining. This level contains four bedrooms. Three are double bedrooms with private en-suite shower rooms, while the fourth is a double bedroom with an additional bunk bed and its own en-suite shower room. Three of these bedrooms enjoy sea views and direct access to the terrace.
The lower floor includes a wet bar, a spacious dining room connected to the outdoor terrace, a television room and a professional kitchen. This level also has two double bedrooms, both offering sea views and private en-suite shower rooms.
The first floor contains four further double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. Three of these bedrooms have direct access to a terrace and enjoy panoramic views of the sea.
Each bedroom is comfortably equipped with air conditioning, heating, complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite television, a telephone, a safe, a mini refrigerator and a hairdryer.
Outdoor Facilities
The villa’s outdoor spaces have been designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate and coastal setting. Guests have exclusive use of the private swimming pool, heated whirlpool tub, panoramic terraces, outdoor dining areas, garden kitchen, pizza oven and barbecue. Private parking is available for up to five cars.
Included Services
The rental includes one set of bed linen per guest each week and two sets of bath linen per guest each week. Pool towels are also provided.
Housekeeping is included for four hours a day, six days a week, together with final cleaning at the end of the stay. Families travelling with infants may request a cot for children under two years of age.
Guests also have access to complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a washing machine, the private swimming pool, the whirlpool tub and parking for up to five vehicles.
Private Dining
A private chef can be arranged to prepare traditional dishes directly at the villa. Carefully selected local ingredients are used to create classic recipes inspired by the culinary traditions of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast.
This service gives guests the opportunity to enjoy an authentic Italian dining experience without leaving the comfort and privacy of the property. Private-chef services are available upon request and may involve an additional charge.
Boat Trips and Coastal Excursions
Marina del Cantone is an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding coastline by sea. Boats can be hired with or without a skipper, allowing guests to discover secluded beaches, rocky coves and stretches of crystal-clear water that are often difficult to reach by land.
Excursions may include cruises along the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, daytime or evening trips to Capri, visits to beaches within the protected marine reserve and journeys along the coastlines of Naples and Salerno. Boat services are available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Exploring the Surrounding Area
Villa Esattezza is ideally positioned for day trips to many of Campania’s most famous destinations. Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello can all be reached from the villa, while the island of Capri is easily accessible by boat. Guests interested in history and archaeology can also visit the ancient ruins of Pompeii.
