This elegant country residence is situated in a beautiful panoramic position on the hills outside Florence. From the villa it is possible to enjoy magnificent views of the Arno valley right up to the mountains of Prato Magno and the Chianti district. The villa is surrounded by the peaceful greenery of the Tuscan hills and is located inside a large 10 hectare estate, part of which consists of olive-groves. The villa has recently been carefully and tastefully renovated and furnished. The interior furnishings are a blend of classic and modern styles. Each bedroom is furnished in its own particular style and has a bathroom.
All the fittings and mod cons are of a very high standard as are the outdoor areas which feature well-tended gardens, furnished areas for relaxing “al fresco†and a beautiful 3.5 x 8,5 meter swimming pool with saltwater purification system. The living room opens onto a pleasant covered veranda with a table and comfortable sofas for relaxing or eating “al frescoâ€. There are food stores in the neighboring village which is around 1.5 Km away. Florence is around 15 minutes away by car. There are many places of artistic interest within easy reach of the property thanks to its strategic position between the Chianti district, the Valdarno and Florence.
A number of additional services are available on request: daily cleaning, laundry, extra linen change, shopping, chef and baby-sitter (to be requested when booking), as well as cookery courses and organized tours. Wi-Fi internet connection. Air conditioning. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
GROUND FLOOR: spacious living room with lounge area and dining area with fireplace and satellite TV; kitchen with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee machine. A sliding glass door divides the day area from a beautiful suite with double bedroom and bathroom with shower. This bedroom also has direct access to the garden.
FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower, wardrobe/closet; 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower and wardrobe/closet built into the mezzanine that faces onto the day area.
