This lovely stone villa is located on the hills between Arezzo (18km) and Cortona (12km), only few minutes from Castiglion Fiorentino (2km), a lovely medieval village dominating the green valleys of the Val di Chio and the Val di Chiana. This strategic position offers a breathtaking view over the surrounding landscape and its age-old olive groves, abounding in beauty and history. The holiday accommodation is very comfortable and has prestigious fittings such as the old terracotta tile flooring. This Tuscan villa is on 2 floors and can comfortably accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a small dining room with kitchen corner, a bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with shower, a small cupboard and access to a porch where to enjoy together al-fresco dining and the superb view. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with scenic terraces, a bedroom with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Windows with mosquito nets. Outside guests also have access to a large, beautiful garden with olive grove and a swimming pool, 6x12mt open May-Oct, with deckchairs. Pets are welcome.
