La Locanda del gelsomino is a country residence skilfully restored and transformed into an exclusive private retreat. From its hilltop position, the villa dominates the landscape of the Valdichiana valley, providing incomparable views. Surrounded by verdant olive trees and enriched by undulated gardens, La Locanda del gelsomino offers the possibility to quickly reach the main artistic and historical sites, not only in Tuscany but also in Umbria: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi. There are two swimming pools: one indoor (heating available at extra charge) with whirlpool and sauna, the other one in the garden, next to the conservatory.

 

Accommodation Comprises:

Ground Floor

  • Entrance with sofa and desk

  • Hall with living room (sofas, TV and working fireplace), bar and dining room seating up to 18

  • From here enter the conservatory

  • Double bedroom with bathroom (shower)

  • Office space with computer

  • Indoor pool (5 x 2.5m) with sauna

  • Bathroom with shower (conveniently located next to the indoor pool)

  • Two guest bathrooms

  • Laundry room with washing machine and dryer

  • Professional kitchen 

First Floor

  • Four double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom (two with shower only, one with Jacuzzi tub and shower attachment)

  • Three suites with living room, double beds, each with an en suite bathroom (three with Jacuzzi tub and shower attachment, one with shower only) 

Second Floor (attic)

  • Double bedroom with simple bathroom (shower)

  • The bedrooms on the ground floor and attic are of lower standard than the other rooms
