The incredible Villa Dia lies is located in a truly remarkable and magical position along Italy's Amalfi Coast.

The Overview

Villa Dia is a gorgeous villa located in a truly spectacular position overlooking the Amalfi Coast. It is a unique villa in the area that is a great option for larger families and groups of friends visiting the area complete with a swimming pool, manicured garden, outdoor terrace and large kitchen.  

The location of the villa, the views, the gardens, the swimming pool are unto themselves all something to write home about, though so are the towns you can easily access by foot or car from here. Praiano, the nearest village with food shops is 3 km away, Amalfi 6 km and Positano 8 km. In the nearby villages and on the beach at Praia are several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine.

The property occupies 3 floors and allows ample space for all guests. The first floor, includes the kitchen with access from the outside, the open-air dining-area and the internal dining-room; the next floor, down a flight of stairs, opens into a large living-room with an old Vietri ceramic floor, with satellite-TV and fireplace; finally, down another internal flight of stairs, you come to the sleeping area with the 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and with air-conditioning.

The furnishings unto themselves are beautiful and include antiques, beautiful art-works and in general the property is high-class, exquisitely furnished and a place where inspiration, love and great family memories will surely happen.

Amenities include those listed below and all the comforts: dishwasher, washing-machine, stereo with CD-player, WIFI internet connection.

Rates we quote, always include a cleaning-service during the week of 4 hours a day, 6 days a week by personnel who live in a separate part of the property, and bath-linen change twice a week.

This villa can guest up to 14 people - Bedrooms: 7 (7 double room) - Bathrooms: 7 - Size: 350 mq 

(The villa is reached via the garden)
GROUND FLOOR: large panoramic terrace with outside dining-area from which you access the internal dining-room, kitchen with access only from the outside and adjoining the dining-area.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR: large living-room with TV and access to the second panoramic terrace.

FLOOR BELOW: 4 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower. Large private garden with swimming-pool and path down to the sea.

ANNEX (30 m from the villa): 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower.
