This is an ideal villa for large families and groups of friends looking to spend an incredible holiday in Sardegna.
It's incredible position makes allows for breath-taking views all around and unique panoramic views of the coast below and the islands of Tavolara and Molara. The nearest village is Porto San Paolo, only 1 km away, an elegant holiday resort where you can find a whole variety of shops, excellent reataurants, and a marina. The splendid, sandy beaches of Porto Istana, Saline, Corallina, Porto Taverna, Costa Dorata, Coda Cavallo and Budoni, counting among the most enchanting, Italy protected marine areas, can be easily reached by car in 5-10 minutes. The nearest beach is just 1 km away.
The house surface is 500 sqm; it is divided in two floors, with access to both floors from the garden thanks to the land structure . A large, well -kept garden surrounds the house, with a 5X14 m pool and a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub exclusively reserved to the guests.
Air conditioning on the upper floor and in all bedrooms, Wi -Fi available everywhere inside and outside the villa. TV / SKY + video library with about 400 titles.
The most famous Costa Smeralda tourist destinations such as Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are respectively distant 30 and 50 km.
