Overview

This is a private tour of the Cinque Terre national park that can depart from Genoa, Florence, Pisa, Lucca or anywhere in the area upon request.  On this tour, we include transportation to Portovenere, which is at the southern end of the park that allows you access by the coast into the five villages. Over the course of the day, we visit all of the villages and you will have an opportunity to do some the shorter trails should you so wish.

Over the course of the day you will have the opportunity to explore the unique and UNESCO protected area of the Cinque Terre. You will visit the five charming villages of Riomaggiore, Corniglia, Manarola, Vernazza and Monterosso.

This is the ideal way to spend your day ashore in Genoa. A private driver and vehicle will wait for you at the dock to show you one of the most enchanting area of Italy and experience the five characteristic medieval villages built on the rock is also a protected marine area.

Your driver will take you first to Riomaggiore. From here you will walk on your own through the town and reach “via dell’Amore”, a spectacular and romantic walkway built all along the cliffs. After 15 to 20 minutes walk you will reach the second village of Manarola.

You may proceed through the walkway until you reach the last town of Monterosso or take the local train that will stop in each of the villages.

As an option you may add the “Cinque Terre Card” ticket that will give you unlimited access to the trains and include the entrance to the “via dell’Amore” walkway. For lunch, stop by a restaurant and taste the local cuisine of the region, in particular the pesto sauce (lunch not included). One you reach Monterosso, the last village, you will meet your driver and drive back to the port of Genoa.

This tour is based around your needs and how much time you have and so what you can do during the day in terms of the trails, seeing the villages by boat or by foot will depend on the amount of time you have in the area.

What we do is provide you the following:
