Overview

This tour is a great way to see the sights and learn about the history of Rome without getting lost. It includes a visit to Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Farnese, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps.

We will start at Campo de’ Fiori, which was once the site of public executions in Rome. From there, we will admire the magical charm of Piazza Farnese, dominated by Palazzo Farnese, which was designed by Michelangelo. We will then stop at Palazzo Spada to see the wonderful perspective of the famous architect Borromini.

Next, we will proceed to Piazza Navona, one of the most famous squares in the world. Here, we will find the “Fountains of Four Rivers”, designed by Gian Lorenzo Bernini, competing with Borromini’s famed church S.Agnese in Agone. In just a ten-minute walk, we will reach Piazza della Rotonda, which houses the unmistakable structure of the Pantheon. You will even get to go inside and explore!

Afterwards, we will cross the main shopping street of Via del Corso to visit the Trevi Fountain, which is considered a true masterpiece and is certainly the most famous and spectacular fountain in Rome. Once you have thrown in your coin, guaranteeing your return to Rome, we will head to our last stop - Piazza di Spagna and the famous Spanish Steps.
