Villa "Sotto La Luna" - House Under the Moon - is one of our top picsk. With its central location and classic style, it will become your own little slice of La Dolce Vita. Situated in an enviable position right in the centre of the coastal town of Sorrento, "Sotto La Luna "offers its honourable guests the opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds; roam through the colourful streets of Sorrento, or enjoy a relaxing day either in the villa's private garden with pool or at the beach, which is only a stone's throw away.
 
In the year 1970 the Count de Mario Caracciolo, the last descendant of a prestigious Neapolitan family, fell in love with this fine villa and decided to live in it and furnish it with luxurious antiques and special artefacts. This glory can still be felt today when stepping into the spacious living area with its fireplaces and exquisite interior design. After restoring the villa in 2009, the present owners have added to the value of the property by installing modern amenities for the clients’ convenience and comfort. Groups of friends and families of up to 10 members can enjoy a wonderful holiday in this conveniently situated villa. Villa Luna invites its guests to lounge by the pool, take walks in the private garden or explore the city and its beaches. Wander across Piazza Tasso, the informal gateway to the old town of Sorrento, and take in the authentic Italian atmosphere or go for a swim at the beach of Marina Grande – a real hidden gem.

The owner lives in a separate area of the villa with own private access in order to guarantee extreme privacy.
The swimming pool, due to Sorrento's strict building regulations, is a well-finished above-ground one.
 
 
Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
A deposit is due on arrival in cash euro for the payment of extras charged "per consumption".
