The Overview

Villa Rocio​ is an independent villa, on two floors, linked externally. It lies close to Marciano, one of the numerous small villages in the well-known locality of Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento Peninsula. From its terraces guests enjoy a view taking in on one side the Gulf of Naples and on the other the promontory of Punta Campanella, the outermost point of the Sorrento peninsula which juts out towards Capri. This recently-built property is surrounded by private land, and by a small garden scattered with flower beds and olive trees and where there is also a private swimming pool. The villa is furnished in a simple, functional style and is surrounded by a large private terrace with a wood-burning oven and an area for dining in the open air. The small annex is occasionally used by the gardener. The nearest beach is about 5 kms away, and Sorrento about 8 kms.

Sunbathing terrace with view of the sea. 2 private outside parking spaces. Satellite TV.
