About Villa Fiorella

Villa Fiorella is a private two-storey villa near Barberino Val d’Elsa, in San Filippo a Ponzano, a small rural setting on a hill in Chianti. Located in a quiet residential area, the property enjoys a secluded position surrounded by greenery, with views across oak woods, vineyards and olive groves. Its location provides access to the Chianti countryside as well as Florence, Siena and nearby medieval towns.

The villa covers approximately 350 sq m and accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. On the ground floor are one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with joinable beds, both with en-suite shower rooms. The first floor contains two double bedrooms and another twin bedroom with joinable beds, each with an en-suite shower room. A separate guest toilet is also available.

Inside, parquet and terracotta floors are combined with antique furnishings, light-toned interiors and large windows. The property includes a spacious living room and a modern kitchen with a large peninsula and dining area. The kitchen also has a working fireplace and opens directly towards the outdoor living space and swimming pool.

Villa Fiorella stands within approximately 3,000 sq m of fully enclosed grounds arranged over two levels. Olive trees, holm oaks, pines and planted borders surround the house. A large outdoor terrace provides a dining area with a stone barbecue and wood-fired oven.

A few steps from the terrace is the private 10 x 5 m swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and equipped with sunbeds, tables and an awning. The property is accessed through an automatic gate leading to the parking area.

Barberino Val d’Elsa, with shops, restaurants and bars, is approximately 1.5–2 km away. Poggibonsi and its railway station are 7 km from Villa Fiorella, while Florence is 34 km and Siena is 38 km away.
