The Overview

This impressive villa offers maximum levels of peace and comfort. Located on one of the hills close to Scicli, it offers amazing views from the villa that slopes down to the sea which is visible within the background. Like the outside structure the interior of the villa on the first floor, which is the portion we are proposing, is advanced and rich, and the amenities, which includes air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, are rich and complete. The ground floor contains the premises which can be utilized by the proprietors for holding professional courses.

Within the garden there's a wonderful, swimming pool accessible for guests to utilize, with wonderful panoramic views. There's too a spacious open-air area overlooking the part of the property devoted to our visitors which is outfitted with table and chairs and shaded by enormous beach umbrellas; idealize for organizing magnificent “al fresco” dinners. The solarium and swimming pool can be shared with the other visitors from 9 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. The swimming pool and the surrounding region are closed at all other times.

Villa Della Pace is located in the most ancient Sicilian Baroque area of which Scicli is one of the most vital examples, along side the cities of Noto, Modica and Ragusa Ibla, all of which include on the UNESCO Cultural Heritage of Humanity list. All these places are only 15 to 30 minute drive away. The surrounding region has many seaside resorts and dazzling beaches, the closest and most popular of which are the beaches of Sampieri, which is around 7 Km away, and Plaja Grande is approx. 12 Km, from which, by walking along the seashore, it is possible to visit the river Irminio nature reserve, one of the many regions of naturalistic interest the region can offer.
