The property offers wonderful panoramic villa set in the middle of a vast Barolo vineyard: the Monvigliero. This  villa has a big swimming pool (8x16mt), a garden and a private portico with barbecue, and a breathtaking view of the Langhe (the Piedmontese Hills). The villa is furnished with the best Italian-style furniture, a big fireplace in the living area, a large kitchen with all the modern conveniences (a dishwasher, a 600lt refrigerator with ice-maker, a microwave hoven), a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, satellite TV, wi-fi, professional treadmill, gym equipments, a portico with two large oak tables and a wood-fired barbecue. 

The villa is surrounded by vineyards, hiking and biking trails, wine-tasting routes, marvellous wineries, magnificient castles, local eating-houses and lush 5-star restaurants.
 
This villa Alba is located only 6km away from Alba, 2km from Verduno, 5km from the Universtà del Gusto in Pollenzo (with is famous Bank of Wine) and 10km from Barolo. The capital city of Piedmont, Turin, is 60km away and therefore this villa represents an ideal place from which to explore the entire region and its most important shows and fairs.
