This lovely accommodation is located in a quiet area just 7 km from Montepulciano, a splendid medieval town of the Val di Chiana. Nearest village, Acquaviva is ca. 1.3 km away, where one can find shops, a supermarket and restaurants. The property consists of 2 farmhouses, within 1 km of each other, with a total of 30 apartments, restored in the typical Tuscan style and very comfortable.

This apartment has its own swimming pool (16x8, open May-Oct) and a beautiful large garden, barbecue. In one of the properties there is a reception with sale of local products, as well as wine and olive oil, a large room for Pizza dinner during the week organized by the owner, breakfast room, a laundry room and bicycles are at guest’s disposal for free (on availability).

Completely restored in the typical Tuscan style, this apartment is very comfortable. Nearby are other small towns, full of charm and art: Cortona 24 km, Montalcino 40 km, Pienza 18 km and San Quirico d’Orcia, to mention a few. Not far away Chianciano Terme 15 km and Siena 60 km and further north Florence 110 km. The perfect place to relax surrounded by the restful panoramic hills savouring excellent wines.

Price includes gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and towels, final cleaning, heating and internet Wi-Fi.

Not included in price and to be paid on location: Damage deposit €150, Air conditioning €9/day, Baby bed €35/week, Pet allowance €60, Washing machine €5 per load, Mountain bikes free up to availability.

Breakfast €9/person. Tourism tax €1/person/day, Free for children under 12.
