A large room with a well-equipped kitchen, including a wood-burning brick pizza oven, and a cozy living area with a fireplace. The dining area features large glass windows on three sides, offering sea views and direct access to the garden on one side and the private swimming pool on the other.

The villa is surrounded by a large terraced garden with English-style lawns, vegetable gardens, and olive trees.
