Overview

When your cruise ship docks in Genoa, enjoy a private shore excursion to Rapallo, Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure. Your private driver will take you to the world know seas resort town of Rapallo, Rapallo’s long list of attractions begins with its yacht-filled harbour and seaside promenade.It continues with its fresh fish restaurants and lidos.

And it ends with its 16th century castle, ancient basilica, and one of Italy’s oldest golf courses.

The Portofino mount on the back, colored buildings and the crystal clear sea water, make this destination one of the most photographed in the world.

Walk at leisure in the charming square facing the port, and stroll among the small shops located along the sea walk. You will continue with a visit of the Castello Brown and learn how it defended this town over the centuries. Discover the church of St. George and enjoy the spectacular views of the Mediter-ranean and the colored fishing boats.

Meet the driver and proceed to Santa Margherita Ligure, an ancient fishing village full of palm trees, restaurants, small shops, cafes, and a charming marina. Some of the older buildings here are still decorated on the outside with the trompe-l'oeil frescoes typical of this part of the Riviera.

At the end of the visit, you back to your ship at the port of Genoa.This is an independent tour. A private guide is optional.
