Surronding the hotel, you can wander through the organic farm stroll the paths and pick blackberries, figs, grapes, mulberries. All of the food served at La Loggia's restaurant are produced on site. The 16 hectares of land allow for wild breeding of the Calabrese "Black Pig" and Saanen Goats , Sheep and Chickens. Goats milk, pecorino cheese and other cheese unique to the area are all produced here in addition to some of the most tasty honey in the land. 5 hectares of the land are used for the cultivation of vegetables, vineyards and olive trees . Any fertalizer used is completely organic.
This fine attention to the quality of ingredients makes La Loggia one of the most well respected in Calabria. The menu at the hotel's restaurant includes: Homemade pasta , ravioli stuffed , pork, goat, lamb grilled free range chicken with milk and honey, chop the Nero d' Avola, and many oustanding Calabrese dishes.

It is located in the district of Saar and is reached by crossing the beautiful old town of Tortora , which is only 5 km from the sea.
