Overview

Experience a unique private tour of the Umbria region, Italy's green heart and a place where our family owns a farm just outside of Gualdo Tadino near Foligno, many members of our family studied at the University of Perugia and work in fine arts and agriculture in this region, producing notable organic products including wine, cheese, Tartufo (Truffle), Porcini mushrooms and of course olive oil. Our local guides and friends really know this area of Italy and can make this a very special experience in this wonderful region that offers dozens of gorgeous towns, villages, valleys and countryside.

Our itinerary often changes depending on where we are picking you up from and of course your interests and passions, so we can modify this day to include sites of interest and experiences that are in alignment with what you will really enjoy.

Assisi, is often a favorite with everyone a place not to miss, though Castiglion del Lago on Lake Trasimeno offers spectacular views over the lake and a wonderful Medieval fortress and theater that we think is definitely worth-while to experience.

When we arrange this service for you, we can discuss on sites in the Umbria region that are worth-while experiences depending on the time of year and the best way to visit these areas given the time we have.
