Overview

High in the mountains above Positano is where some of the best cooking and meals are served on the entire Amalfi Coast. During your time here with us in this area we can take you to this unique establishment which only serves the best of the best local organic ingredients grown on the terraced landscape, which cascades down the hills and you have to see to believe.

Our cooking experience begins in the morning with pick up at your hotel or villa in Positano at approximately 09:30 AM.

The ride up to the farm for some people is a very harrowing drive, but well worth it once you get there, for the views over the coast are second-to-none from here.

At apprxomiately 10:30 AM we begin our cooking experience which includes a tour through the farm which does require some exertion and will require you to climb at least 200 or so stairs up and down the slopes. Keeping in mind your fitness prior to coming here to enjoy the course is important given the landscape in Positano which is vertical in every sense.

After experiencing the farm, collecting ingredients and learning about agriculture in this area we begin our cooking experience in our state of the art cooking facilities.

Wine, olive oil, local ingredients and much else will all go into our experience today.
