- All prices quoted are bulk packaged pricing; we do not itemize prices
- The only currency used is EUR
BOOKING PROCEDURES
What happens when the Client says Let’s book –
- 30 % deposit is required to hold the booking. The remaining amount is due 60 days prior to clients travel start date. If the client is leaving in less than 60 days a 50% deposit is due. If the client is traveling in less than 30 days, then the full amount is due.
- Payments are expected by all major credit cards or by a wire transfer. A link with the invoice is sent to the agent. The invoice will allow the agent or the client to pay for the deposit directly themselves. The invoice will have no mention of commission or itemized pricing.
- After the payment has been paid the agent will receive two invoices an agents copy and a clients copy. The agent copy will have the breakdown of the commission.
- A reminder for the final payment will be sent to the agent with the link to complete the payment. Then the final invoice will be sent showing the completed payment.
- Vouchers are sent Via email two weeks before the departure date. All documents needed for the services, including train tickets, are electronic and can be printed or kept
COMMISSION TO AGENTS
We offer two options for commission payments. Before receiving a quote, please let us know what is preferred

- Initial rate of 10%
How and when are commission payments made?
- All commission payments are made to a PayPal account
- Payments are made between 7- 14 business days after the client departs Italy
- All payments are made in euros

- Every itinerary is hand-created based on the details provided. This requires time, and you must qualify your client to ensure they are committed to the booking
