This luxury villa in Arezzo is located on the green hills facing the town and enjoys a breathtaking view. This fantastic holiday accommodation is surrounded by 3 hectares of olive and cypress groves totally fenced where guests can stroll in total relax. The villa can comfortably accommodate 20 people and consists of 8 bedrooms and 2 apartments (connected to the main house), all elegantly furnished and provided with air-conditioning with control device, a mini-bar, a coffee machine, a safe, flat-screen Sat TV, telephone, modem plug and many other comforts and services. For dynamic activities a swimming pool (11x9, open Mar-oct), tennis court and a fitness room are available. Enjoy the tranquillity of the beautiful large park that surrounds the villa and of the solarium/terrace overlooking Arezzo. Relax enjoying a movie, from a wide selection of film library, on widescreen as if at a movie theatre. In the garden there is also a room with Jacuzzi bath (6 places) for a total relaxing time. Pets accepted.
This villa with pool is in an ideal location for a relaxing holiday as well as a perfect starting point for tours of art centres and medieval villages.
Ground/Basement Floor: 3 Large living room, one with fire place, and with bar and movie widescreen. Full equipped kitchen, laundry and cellar, bathroom with toilet only, large dining room, and the 2 studio apartments (52sq.m each) with double bed, 2 single beds, and En-Suite bathrooms with Shower (Entrance to the studios from the garden area where there is also the entrance to the main house)
Upper ground floor: 2 single bedroom, 6 double bedroom . All bedroom with En-Suite bathroom, hair dryer, sat Tv. Access to the large terrace with wonderful panoramic view.
