The position of center allows easy access to the coastal towns of Tortora, Praia a Mare, Maratea, Diamante and many others would be reason enough to stay here, however this hotel not only offers a great geographic position but also offers guests the opportunity to indulge in cuisine all created from organic ingredients all produced on the property's very own organic farm. Restaurant "La Loggia" attractds locals from all over the region and is considered one of the finest restaurantes in Southern Italy and as if this weren't reason enough to bring you here, many of the rooms are beautifully decorated and offer spectacular sea-views and the swimming pool is second to none in Italy's Deep South. Goats milk, pecorino cheese and other cheese unique to the area are all produced here in addition to some of the most tasty honey in the land. 5 hectares of the land are used for the cultivation of vegetables, vineyards and olive trees . Any fertalizer used is completely organic. This fine attention to the quality of ingredients makes La Loggia one of the most well respected in Calabria. The menu at the hotel's restaurant includes: Homemade pasta , ravioli stuffed , pork, goat, lamb grilled free range chicken with milk and honey, chop the Nero d' Avola, and many oustanding Calabrese dishes.
