Overview
Terni located an hour and fifteen minutes north-east of Rome. The city is one of the most important in the Umbria region for the industry which is created here. It is also the city where Santo Valentino (Saint Valetine) was born.
While the city may have an interesting history in the context of ancient Rome, it certainly is not one that we recommend visitors to consider as a stop on their journey through Italy, when there are so many others, far more beautiful nearby the city to consider.
There are many gorgeous places to consider in Italy & while we write about them all, in so far as cities are concerned, Terni would not be one we would recommend travelers to visit if not for business.
